ASG series three-phase A.C. Synchronous brushless alternators

ASG series three-phase A.C. Synchronous brushless alternators are of star connection with neutral point,the main machine uses protrude and hide revolving magnetic field; Excitive magnetic machine is with pivot; Inside material is made of electric magnetic and electrical engineering materials. This series alternator adopts automatic voltage adjustment system to adjust the excitive magnetic machine. The A.V.R (automatic voltage adjustment) regulates the output voltage of the generator to a rated value.  

 

This series alternators dispose of traditional ring and brush equipment and use brushless excitive magnetic to avoid any problem caused from grind by brush and ring. Improving the quality and reducing the interference from wireless equipment.

1. Steady-state voltage regulation rate:≤±0.5%; ±1.0%
2. Transient-state voltage regulation rate: ≤+15%; +20%
                ≤-10%; 15%
3. Voltage setting range: ≥±10%Un
4. Line-Voltage sinusoidal waveform distortion rate:
                 PN>100KW, ≤2.5%
                 PN≤100KW, ≤4.0%
5. Voltage deviation rate while the three-phase loads is asymmetric: ≤5%
6. Insulation Level: H(Temperature rise limit:125k);
 F (Temperature rise limit: 105k).
7. Voltage variation between cold-state and hot-state: ≤2%
